Membership & Eligibility

Semrow Pets is a private membership community with intentionally limited availability. Membership provides access to Residency Stays, the Wellness Studio, Advanced Recovery™ experiences, and other member-exclusive privileges, but does not guarantee availability on specific dates.

Residency is reserved exclusively for senior dogs who:

• Are at least seven (7) years of age
• Are spayed or neutered
• Are socially appropriate with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and sexes
• Are free of contagious illness
• Maintain a current rabies vaccination as required by law

Members are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their dog's health, medications, mobility, behavior, and any special care considerations prior to each Residency Stay.

Reservations, Payment & Cancellations

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to confirm all Residency reservations.

Fifty percent (50%) of the total reservation payment serves as a non-refundable Reservation Retainer, securing your dog's accommodations and removing those dates from availability for other Members.

If written notice of cancellation is received at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date, the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the reservation payment will be refunded.

Cancellations received fewer than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule a confirmed reservation are treated as a cancellation followed by a new reservation. New reservations remain subject to availability, current rates, and payment in full.

Early departures, late arrivals, and unused reservation dates are not eligible for refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments.

Check-In & Check-Out

Members are asked to arrive and depart within their scheduled reservation windows.

Late pickups and drop-offs incur a $75 fee.

Pickups and drop-offs outside normal operating hours incur a $75 fee.

Early departures do not qualify for refunds or credits.

The Semrow Method™

Semrow Pets provides a professionally managed wellness residency designed exclusively for senior dogs.

Daily routines, social groupings, enrichment, movement, rest, nutrition, overnight accommodations, and wellness experiences are thoughtfully guided according to the Semrow Method™ and the overall wellbeing of the Residency community.

Every Residency Stay and wellness experience follows the Semrow Method™. To preserve the consistency, continuity, and quality of the Semrow experience, care is thoughtfully guided by our established methodology rather than individual preferences or special requests, except where accommodations are necessary to support a dog's health, safety, or welfare.

Membership Conduct

Members are expected to communicate respectfully with Semrow Pets and to support the values of the Residency community.

Semrow Pets reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership when continued participation is determined to be inconsistent with the safety, wellbeing, or integrity of the Residency community.

Veterinary Care

Should veterinary attention become necessary during a Residency Stay, Semrow Pets will make reasonable efforts to contact the Member using the information provided on the Veterinary Authorization Form. When immediate care is required and a Member cannot be reached, decisions will be made in the dog's best interest using the authorization provided on the Veterinary Authorization Form.

Policy Updates

Semrow Pets reserves the right to modify these Membership Policies, procedures, pricing, membership structure, and operational practices as needed to support the continued stewardship of the Residency community.
