FAQs

  • Pick-up and drop-off services for boarding are available in 15-minute intervals from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

    To ensure efficiency, please secure your preferred time slot when booking with Semrow Pets, as these will be treated as appointments.

    Please arrive on time; a $35 late fee will apply for any arrivals outside the scheduled window.

    We enforce a 3 Strikes Policy: clients who are frequently late will be removed from the program.

  • To secure your reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied.

    Please note that reservations are only available with payment and are made on a first-come, first-paid basis.

    Cancellations made any day prior to scheduled service will receive all monies paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    No refund will be provided for cancellations made day-of scheduled service.

    No refunds will be provided for schedule changes or early returns.

  • Yes! We base program acceptance on the behavioral history and character of the individual dog, not the breed.

    Dogs MUST be friendly with other dogs of all breeds and sizes.

    Any show of unfavorable behavior or aggression will result in denial of future boarding services.

  • Yes! We schedule services 365 days a year, subject to availability.

    Please note an additional holiday charge of $50/day on Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

  • To maintain the integrity of our exclusive services, we limit our boarding experience to 7 dogs per day.

  • Digital payments are processed using Apple Pay or Zelle.
